Emilia holds master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Hunter College. She specializes in supporting clients overcome OCD, anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. Her approach integrates ERP, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, alongside mindfulness tools to enhance self-awareness and build self-trust. Emilia is committed to creating a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel empowered to move beyond fear and cultivate a meaningful life.

As a former professional figure skater, she enjoys integrating body work into her evidenced-based therapeutic techniques for a holistic approach. Her approach focuses on helping clients build self-awareness and practical skills for emotional regulation, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She works collaboratively with clients to create a reflective and supportive space that promotes personal growth and lasting change.
