Emily Radasch, LMSW

At Magenta Therapy, our team of compassionate, highly skilled clinicians is dedicated to helping you heal, grow, and thrive. We believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where every person feels heard, supported, and empowered.

We’re here to make mental health care accessible, affordable, and deeply human.

Emily Radasch is a strengths-based therapist who empowers clients to build on their resilience while navigating life’s challenges. She earned her Master’s degree from Columbia University, where her clinical training emphasized a holistic, systems-based, and trauma-informed framework for understanding mental health. Her approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and cultural humility.

Emily supports adults experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and relationship challenges. She personalizes treatment plans to reflect each client’s distinct needs, experiences, goals, and strengths. In addition to Positive Psychotherapy, Emily integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change. She also values the mind-body-spirit connection and incorporates self-care practices, mindfulness, and breathing exercises into sessions.

Before becoming a therapist, Emily worked in finance and management consulting. This background gives her a unique perspective on the toll that high-pressure corporate environments can take on mental, physical, and emotional well-being. If you are struggling with burnout, anxiety, toxic workplace culture, perfectionism, or a recent career transition, Emily can help you regain clarity, balance, and control.

Emily brings warmth and intentionality to each session, fostering a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and gently challenged in ways that promote healing and personal growth. She is proud to be part of a practice that prioritizes access to affordable mental health care and accepts a wide range of insurance plans.
