She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Social Work at New York University, where her clinical training emphasizes relational, trauma-informed, and affirming care.
Sophie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, trust, and genuine connection. She believes meaningful therapeutic work can coexist with humor and honesty, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves as they explore new perspectives and develop practical tools for change. What does it cost to see Sophie?
Sophie is our most affordable way to start. As an advanced clinical fellow she sees clients on a reduced sliding-scale, self-pay basis rather than through insurance, which puts consistent weekly therapy within reach for people who might otherwise put it off. A free 15-minute consultation is the easiest place to start, and we’ll be upfront about the rate before you book anything. If you’d rather use insurance, our other clinicians are in network with most major plans.
