Isabelle Randall, MSW

Anxiety & OCD Therapy for Adults · New York

Isabelle is a compassionate therapist who believes meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood. If you struggle with anxiety or OCD, you may feel like your mind is constantly racing and replaying conversations, preparing for the worst, or getting stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts that leave you feeling exhausted. You might know your fears are irrational, yet they still feel impossible to ignore. Isabelle is passionate about helping clients find relief, regain confidence, and reconnect with the life they want to live.

She specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), while also supporting individuals navigating depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, and relationship challenges. Isabelle also works with couples utilizing the Gottman method, the gold standard for couples counseling.

She believes therapy should be tailored to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Creating a collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered is an essential part of her work.

Her approach is warm, client-centered, and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change.

Isabelle earned her Master's degree from New York University and has experience supporting adolescents and adults in outpatient mental health settings. Above all, she strives to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients feel safe to be themselves. She listens with empathy and genuine curiosity, believing healing begins when people feel heard, accepted, and understood.

Isabelle is honored to walk alongside her clients as they build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
